I'm Evynne Caffey

After years of teaching art and encouraging others to discover their own creativity, I'm now living my dream of creating full time.  It feels a little like coming home. Photography has been my creative language for many years and is now the foundation of my Faith Series. I combine my original  photographs with digital techniques to explore faith. memory, and the stories that quietly shape our lives. Some of my best inspiration comes from forgotten back roads, weathered churches, and places most people drive past. Back in my home studio, those discoveries become digital collages, paintings, drawings, mixed media pieces, and textile art. When I’m not creating, I'm usually spending time with my wonderfully large family, tending my plants and flowers, or watching hummingbirds in my garden. Thank you for stopping by.
